The Lenovo ThinkSystem DE2000H is a low-cost, hybrid entry-level storage system designed to provide small and medium-sized businesses with performance, simplicity, capacity, security, and high availability. It offers enterprise-class storage management capabilities through a variety of host connectivity options, flexible disk drive configuration, and enhanced data management features. The ThinkSystem DE2000H is ideal for small offices and remote branch offices of large enterprises performing a wide range of workloads, including big data and analytics, video surveillance, technical computing, backup and recovery, and other storage I/O-intensive applications. The ThinkSystem DE2000H model is available in a 2U rack form factor, featuring either 24 small form factor (2.5-inch SFF drives (2Shadow Fiend Sub-24)) ou 12 large form factor (3.5-polegada LFF) Unidades (2Sub-12 LFF), and includes two controllers, cada um com 8 GB of cache memory, for a total system capacity of 16 GB. Basic host connectivity is provided by a universal 10 Gb iSCSI or 8/16 Gb Fibre Channel (FC) port, with optional 12 Gb SAS or 1/10 Gb iSCSI RJ-45 cabling for the host interface card. The ThinkSystem DE2000H storage array comes with Lenovo ThinkSystem DE120S 2U12 and DE240S 2U24 SFF expansion racks, allowing for expansion to up to 96 hard drives.
